MY FAITH

I am a member of Excel Church Worldwide in Conyers Georgia; where the Pastor is K. Francis Smith. I am a regular volunteer with the Food Bank Ministry; I volunteer in the Office on a weekly basis and I assist with the Money Team (a financial team organized to secure fundraising and long-term funding of church ministries).

FAMILY

Married to Charles S. Tillman, Jr. and we currently live in Newton County, Georgia with our son Jalan and daughter Ayanna.
I have 4 siblings (4 brothers), Stanley, Sherrod, Steven and Joseph.

BUSINESS

Former Founder and Operator for 21 years of Williams Accounting, Inc. (Jan.1995 - Jun 2016)
Partner of Butler, Fleming & Tillman Accounting & Tax Services LLC, (since June 2016) located in Thomasville, Georgia serving (on a monthly basis) 30+ businesses within the state of Georgia with their Accounting and Payroll needs. Providing Income tax services; Trucking (Owner-Operator) services; New business setup services for Corporations, Nonprofits as well as Sole-Prop.
Owner of a Consulting Firm, All About Business Consulting LLC, to offer Business Strategies and Financial Planning to Small Businesses. As well as creating relationships with Government Entities to offer Management and Financial Services to their agencies.

1993 Bachelors of Science in Business Administration (with a minor in Finance) from the University of Central Florida in Orlando Florida
1996 Associates degree in Accounting (with a minor in Computer Information Systems) from Southwest Georgia Technical College in Thomasville, Georgia
2016 Master degree in Health Care Management from American Intercontinental University (AIU) in Atlanta, Georgia.

Currently Completing the IRS Enrolled Agent exam ( Jan. 2021).
Currently preparing to be a Certified Financial Planner ( July 2021 CFP).

My Purpose

I have always been involved with my community, probably since I was in Middle school. My church at the time, was Moores Chapel AME in St. Petersburg, Florida and our youth dept. was very active and so I was always involved with what was going on in my neighborhood as well as the City. I have gone from being a tutor (in High School and) at the local community center in St. Petersburg to being an Instructor and even a Guidance Counselor in the Public and Private School Systems in Georgia.

I have worked with Political campaigns and Marched for justice in my community as well as in other communities to support the cause and show support for the future of our Youth and Communities betterment. When I started, Williams Accounting, in Jan 1995, I had 2 Clients and I had a few family members that allowed me to do their taxes.

My goal was to be considered a “One Stop Shop” for all business owner’s and tax client’s needs. Some goals take longer than others but I stayed focused on my goals and worked hard daily to achieve getting one step closer to my Ultimate GOAL – Being my Own Boss and becoming Financially Free.

I found PASSION in my purpose and goals and I worked my business to over 40 Clients that I completed bookkeeping services for on a monthly basis and over 500 clients I prepared income taxes for on an annual basis. There were difficult days but I got through them, I reached out to people who could coach me on being good at my profession as well as a being a Great Entrepreneur. I did the training classes and traveled to other areas to see what other people were doing in my profession so I could be competitive.

I have known my whole life that my purpose was to help others and that purpose is being utilized in the financial services that I have been able to offer through my Accounting office and other endeavors. I am currently pursuing my Consulting passion, a little further and in new industries. I am creating a brand, that will offer business solutions, growth plans, financial footprints and new creative ideas to grow small businesses and government agencies.

I have never been scared of trying something new nor have I been scared of creating new relationships. I look forward to this new challenge of working with government agencies locally and nationally; as well as building small businesses to become strong Enterprises.
